Our founder, Armida Markarova is an award-winning strategist and brand builder who's worked for over 15 years in executive leadership positions. She has managed multiple interdisciplinary teams, agencies and vendors while also mentoring and coaching her staff to develop careers aligned with their passions, skills and strengths. Armida is a frequent speaker at organizations helping people develop their professional brands, as well as thrive in their jobs.
15 years ago as a first-time manager at age 23 with only a half day training for first-time managers, Armida’s very first employee left the company due to her (then) bad management style. Knowing that a lack of proper training, knowledge and skills could have a disastrous outcome on company success, team motivation and morale, she has made it one of her life’s missions to work on her and others’ management skills.
